THE TRAGIC DAY |
|
 |
| In
the early morning hours of June 9, 2002, Joelle DuMoulin started out on
what she thought to be just another fun filled time with her friends.
Who would have ever dreamed that one of her friends Christopher Bliss,
of Porters Corners would turn out to be her murderer? |
|
One can imagine her getting into the beautiful Chevy Extreme operated
by, Christopher Bliss 18, with her friend Kailee. Imagine for a moment
the smile on her face, after all she was only 16 years old her mother
was not home at the time, and she was going for a joyride around town in
a beautiful Chevy Extreme. |
|
Imagine traveling along the beautiful windy mountain roads that she grew
up in and loved so much. Then imagine being a passenger in this vehicle
as the speed was escalating 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, 95 plus. Imagine her
face which a short time before was filled with smiles, imagine Joelle,
begging, pleading with the driver, Christopher Bliss to slow down.
Imagine holding on for dear life as this vehicle took the windy turns at
speeds in excess of 95 Mph. Imagine this beautiful, young lady, with red
hair, and beautiful blue eyes. Imagine the fear in those beautiful blue
eyes as she pleaded for her life. Now imagine the monster behind the
wheel in complete control of her life ignoring her pleas, her cries for
help, after all he was the one and only one in control of that
situation. |
| At
a speed in excess of 95 Mph his vehicle rounded Angel Road when it
disappeared from sight... Joelle was pronounced dead at the scene, her
life was ended on Angel Road, in Corinth, New York. |
|
According to a Guardian Angel for Kailee, named Terry Tooker, this monster this
Christopher Bliss was only interested in his vehicle, and protecting
himself. Can you imagine having one young lady gasping for air, and
another young lady, Joelle, who was pinned in the vehicle, the roof of
the vehicle surrounding her head like a helmet, not breathing, not
moving, deceased, and this monster was concerned only about his vehicle
and himself. "I need to help the girls" Teri cried, and all Christopher
Bliss thought of was making this murder look like an accident. |
|
This was not an accident, the roads were good, they were not traveling
at 35 mph, when a deer ran in front of them or a cat as Christopher
Bliss wanted us to believe. Christopher Bliss ignored Joelle’s cries for
help he was in control of a powerful machine, a bullet traveling over 95
Mph. and that bullet pierced Joelle. Christopher Bliss, murdered Joelle
DuMoulin on June 9, 2002 at approximately 3:00AM on Angel Road, in
Corinth, New York. |
|
Imagine Joelle’s family, who will never see her beautiful smile, never
hear her laugh. Imagine her brothers who will never hold their sister,
wish her a Happy Birthday. Joelle will never graduate from High School;
never wear a cap and gown. She will never attend art school, or put
another brush to canvass. |
|
Imagine her father who will never pull her vale back and kiss her cheek
on her wedding day, instead imagine her father leaning over her white
casket, kissing her cheek and forehead, as he closed her casket and said
Goodbye to his little princess. |
| We
were all robbed on this tragic day of so many things that should have
been ahead of us all with Joelle. We never got the chance to say Good
Bye. |
|
Joelle is sleeping with the Angels now, and until we see her again, she
will remain forever in our hearts and souls everyday that passes without
her. We love you Joelle and until then GOOD BYE. |
