Joelle DuMoulin 1985-2002

Due to the professional investigation by New York State Trooper Investigator Robert Stamphli and his team of experts, evidence concerning the tragic death of Joelle DuMoulin was brought to Mr. Jim Davis at the Saratoga County District Attorneys office.  Mr. Jim Davis presented this evidence to a grand jury and the following indictment was handed down by the grand jury.
Christopher Bliss, the operator of the motor vehicle, was indicted on five felony charges including second-degree manslaughter, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, first-degree reckless endangerment, criminally negligent homicide and second-degree vehicular assault in connection with the death of Joelle Dumoulin.
If convicted on the second-degree manslaughter charge, Bliss could face up to 15 years in prison.
We, the undersigned, believe that Mr. Jim Davis is at this point the major voice for Joelle DuMoulin. We understand that very often settlements are made without going to trial, however if need be we would support a trial. We request that he continue in his fight for Joelle and not allow a plea bargain.  We request that a conviction of a second-degree manslaughter charge be upheld, and that he demand the maximum sentence allowed by law against Christopher Bliss.
