We the undersigned understand that Christopher Bliss will be meeting with the parole board during the month of March: furthermore we the undersigned state that Christopher Bliss has not served his sentence in connection with the death of Joelle.

We are asking that Joelle’s voice be heard and that he continue to be incarcerated for the charges of RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT in the 1st degree a class D felony which carries a sentence of 7 years, and MANSLAUGTHER 2nd degree a class C felony which carries a sentence of 10 years for the death of Joelle.
